The resort offers a choice of 50 rooms, all en suite with 2 categories of rooms. They are River-facing and Garden-facing room. All rooms have private balconies either with stunning views of the beautiful landscaped mango orchards, cultivated gardens or with Himalayan mountain ranges and Kosi River.

Rooms are luxuriously furnished and appointed to provide guests with comfort and functionality. They are all located throughout the extended garden and orchard. All rooms have either double or twin beds.
